Heat Pipe Heat Sink Manufacturers & Suppliers
What is Heat Pipe Heat Sink
A heat pipe heat sink utilizes vacuum-sealed copper tubes with wick structures and working fluid to achieve ultra-high thermal conductivity (5,000-200,000 W/mK), 10-100x better than solid copper. Operating phases:
Evaporation: Liquid vaporizes at heat source
Vapor Transport: Steam flows to cool end
Condensation & Return: Liquid wicks back via capillary action
Ideal for high-power density applications like 5G base stations, server GPUs, and EV IGBT modules, reducing hot spot temps by 30-50℃.
Our Heat Pipe Heat Sink advantages
- The whole process is self-controlled, from simulation design to welding and packaging, without outsourcing.
- 100% passed the thermal resistance test and provided DFM report.
- Support topology optimization of heat pipe layout: Generate the optimal path based on the customer's heat source distribution through AI simulation
